...and waste your time. I saw the reviews and downloaded anyway....NOTHING works....waste of my time and effort.

This is the their second update since redoing the original app several weeks back. 3rd version of this new app and its STILL not working. Hitting the reset link as instructed does nothing but present a blank screen and endlessly spinning downloading icon. Dont bother contacting customer service - they dont acknowledge you. (Ive tried 4 times now.) I sure hope they got their money back from the people they hired to develop this completely useless app. The old version was excellent. Why did they feel inclined to mess with it? Dont waste your time.

Glitchy.

Added app, logged in, clicked on the free points thing to get the free sub. Completed each step and point were added! So far, so good.

Im no longer able to see account details or points. App in current state is useless.

The old app worked just fine, then they had to go and "make it better". Now nothing works. Good thing I have my loyalty card info in my keyring app so I can still get my points.

The app works perfectly!!! I love the app as much as I love their subs!!! Thats a lotta love!

Updated the app and it says that you need to reset the password. I do it and it does not recognize my email address saying that there is no account linked to that address. Complete FAIL!

Not such a great update, cant reset password because it cant find my e-mail address. Oh well, back to Jimmy Johns or Subway...

Got the new update. I attempt to reset my password, as requested. The app cant reset my password because it cant find me email. No support email on the app.

You will loose your points, it doesnt recognize any of my email address(which i have used for 10 years). Dont update! Or someone please fix!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This app is completely useless. I had created a whole new account and it wont let me link my card to it. Good thing that I have my card still. Going to probably delete the app since it serves no use anymore.

New app does not work. Does not recognize your email address. You will lose all your points. Dont do it

I have been a member of the loyalty club since they launched it. With this update your old account is gone and you have to create a new account which erases all of your points. What a horrible way to reward loyalty.

App worked before the last update. Doesnt work now. Order screen wont load after choosing my store. Not to mention a bunch of hurdles I had to make just to get that far. Seems like Jersey Mike doesnt want me eating his food anymore. Oh well, the Which Wich app still works perfectly!
