My girlfriend used to use this all the time and introduced it to me. I loved it but now we both are so frustrated and dont understand why things are so screwed up. You just cant get an order to go, its always screwed up for one reason or another. How did this all of a sudden stop working well. Nothing to say other than fix it or youve lost 2 loyal customers.
They want me to text Yes or Join for their text message system but when I go to verify with the app that I have texted their number and be on my way for a free sandwich, they said when I clearly got a text back from their number.
Very sad. Always used. Then iOS9 happened. I updated to the new app and set it all up. Now nothing works. Please fix
The app is very user friendly. I ordered online and picked it up at my local store and no waiting in line!! Very nice!! But I wish the app has a feature to save my orders so I can just reorder it from my history list. Thank you!!
This app has all kinds of issues. Payments have problems, cards become unrecognizable. The organization of the app looks like it was done with a focus on making it more compatible with the website but its been a terrible transition.
I used to be able to customize my sub toppings the way that I wanted them not now
It went from being intuitive to useless. It can never locate the stores, keeps giving me errors, I gave up. Would rather call in my orders.
The New Jersey mikes app is awesome. So simple and easy to use.
Cant check shore points , also doesnt apply orders done through app to points .
For the first time ever, I can actually order a sub using this app. Great job guys. The previous version did not work for me. Still a few things to improve: 1. Please add the option to order Rosemary Parm bread. 2. The button "Show me Directions" for the restaurant did not work for me.
Have the time this app loses connection to sever and you need to force close or log out and back in. Needs work guys.
New update & still cant get shore points to work.
Just spent 20 minutes following email instructions and nothing works! I couldnt even send feedback, hit "submit" and got a whoops error. This is a waste of time!!!!
Apparently, the whole process of changing your password is a big ole whoops! Thats the message that we are receiving!!
App says I have to reset my password for the newest version of the app to work. When I tap the rest link, the app locks up.
I downloaded the app because I received an email saying Id receive a free sub if I downloaded it and filled out a profile. Once downloaded, it says if its my first time using the app to reset my password. When I click reset password, it takes me to a blank page. Kind of a bummer because I was excited for my free sub! :)
As if May 2, 2016. It says you have to update your password, but doing so just sits there loading in a infinite loop. So I currently cannot use the app. Hopefully they fix it soon, because Im hungry. =P
The new app doesnt even load, must have a lot of bugs still.
The home screw loads beautifully then anything you select after that sits with a loading screen. I waited 5 minutes before giving up.
