Network authentication error always. I have an account setup from your website. Clearly lots of issues with this app.. If I had this I would be at your location at least 3 times a week. Update - I updated today and the new update required a password change. I went through that and it worked perfectly. Put I my first order and works great. GOOD JOB JERSEY MIKES TECH STAFF!

Update the app to make use of Apple Pay. Other than the omission of Apple Pay its a good app.

Will not complete transaction

Updated app didn’t recognize my password, so I had to use the stores keypad to get my points and reset the password later. A week later, error message said the app was down - back to the store’s keypad! I guess they really want us to use the store’s keypad. The old app worked without a hitch. This one needs work.

We didnt lose our points or accounts. Create your new account, put in the phone number you used before and then link the account with the code they text/call you with. Everything is there.

App just spins and spins when you go to my account. Unusable

Loved this app...until they updated it. Now I cant login in despite following the reset instructions, first I received an "invalid email" error every time. I can get to my account online w the new reset, but NOT the phone app which is a bummer as its the only way I use my JMs account. I contacted customer service twice over this issue to get ZERO response. And their troubleshooting tips dont address the issue I was having. Today I see they updated the app to "fix bugs". Ok, perhaps I got no response cause they were inundated with everyone being locked out. Updated the app, clicked the reset password link and STILL IT DOESNT WORK. But hey, its a new error code "This password reset token is invalid." Tried the reset a few times, NOPE. This app has been rendered effectively useless as has my business. Their customer service addressing this is a classic example in marketing of what not to do. Big foot long bummer.

There r way too many issues with the update!

This new app is terrible! The old version was much better... This app is slow, messy, confusing and half the time doesnt work correctly.

New app keeps locking up. Never had a problem with previous app.

If it isnt broken, maybe it doesnt need fixing...

Being able to one account for everything Jersey Mike"s is great. Had some issues in beginning with email address but I read the notes and it all worked great.

Ordering from my phone is soo much easier than dealing with the lines in store, but ever since your update you have made that impossible. Logging in is obsolete. Competition is getting you money today.

App freezes. Where are my points. Old app was better and faster. I will be eating at firehouse subs until jersey fixes this app and gives me my points back.

You shouldnt have to log in to find a store. Annoying!!

I didnt have a problem with the old app, but this new update is awful! It is so slow its useless. I cant get to anything without the app taking minutes to load...ridiculous and needs to be fixed! Do not download until this is fixed.

Since update app does not locate any stores. Using app was easy way to order ahead before. Unable to use at all. Ive simply taken my business elsewhere sorry mike :(

Used the old version to quickly find a Jersey Mikes while traveling. Now they want me to login - guess Im not eating at Jersey Mikes anymore.
