Loved this app...until they updated it. Now I cant login in despite following the reset instructions, first I received an "invalid email" error every time. I can get to my account online w the new reset, but NOT the phone app which is a bummer as its the only way I use my JMs account.
I contacted customer service twice over this issue to get ZERO response. And their troubleshooting tips dont address the issue I was having.
Today I see they updated the app to "fix bugs". Ok, perhaps I got no response cause they were inundated with everyone being locked out. Updated the app, clicked the reset password link and STILL IT DOESNT WORK. But hey, its a new error code "This password reset token is invalid." Tried the reset a few times, NOPE.
This app has been rendered effectively useless as has my business. Their customer service addressing this is a classic example in marketing of what not to do.
Big foot long bummer.
