Your new app lost my account! It cant find my email address to redeem my password. Hire some decent developers! Guess Ill go to Subway now, at least they have their s#*t together.

I like the new app, but it needs Apple Pay support. Please consider adding that in a future update.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Where do I begin. The customization is gone. You used to be able to make your own sandwich, adding what you like and taking out what you dont line. Now you have much more limited options. No integration with stored credit cards so you have to enter it manually despite Apple Pay. Go backwards by mistake? Cart is wiped out you have to start all over. This app is horrible!!!!

What??Says my email has NO ACCT? It worked fine before! Im not making A NEW ACCT! Someone real messed this up! Dont update if you can avoid it.

Went to use my phone to pull up my loyalty card and found app updated automatically, only I couldnt sign in! Said my email address was no good. (Fortunately my phone number worked on the stores computer). So pulled up an old email from Jersey Mikes and clicked on thief link to update email and password and got a message telling my the web page I requested didnt exist! JM tech guys really screwed this app up!!!

I only had a number associated with my account so not sure how I can even access my account now.

So I wish I could even see what this app but apparently it cant find my email which is interesting since its the same email I get jersey mikes coupons sent to. So, I cant even log in. Why fix something that wasnt broken just to make it unusable!?!?!

Why update it without my permission . Now you have t enter your email figures . Im so sick of companys asking for emails. It makes you want to say forget you.

The new app is very user friendly and visually appealing. I love it.

Please fix the app. App is not recognizing email addresses.

This app used to be awesome and I would always order from the app and then avoid the line when I picked up the order. The other day I went to order and the app had updated. It wouldnt let me sign in...keeps saying the login is invalid. So, I had to wait in a long line to order. Still cant log in, which makes the app totally useless!

Garbage App. Really need to develop your apps before you deliver to the public. Seriously you were sold crap! Dump the app developer and find another!

The only thing I can do when the app opens is to log in or sign up. I chose the third option: delete.

This app rarely worked before but now its totally useless. The worst thing a developer can do is send out an update without making sure it works. It looks like Im not the only one who cant log in. Like ... everybody!

But I cant even get into the app without registering?!?! Why make me do that? How about a section to just see the menu and find a store? App deleted!! Very disappointing for a Jersey girl that grew up in Pt Pleasant.

No problem syncing my account of five years. It met my expectations.

So Jersey Mikes updated their app. Its clear in doing so that they also rolled over to some new backend systems. This requires that the app be set up new even if you had the prior one set up already. While that might seem like a minor inconvenience, an inconvenience is all it is. Once you set the app up with your account and link your share points to this new account (which worked perfectly), the app works exactly as it should. I was able to get all of the set up done in just a couple of minutes and the app works perfectly. If you get this app, be prepared to do some set up. But once set up, you will have no trouble.

This app has actually gotten a lot better. I actually wasnt even able to order off the old app, but with this I can, I just cant rate this a 5 star because it has almost everything necessary, but it doesnt allow me to put oil and vinegar on the side or ask for light toppings. Other than not being given those options, the app works wondrously.

I just downloaded this app so I could place an order quickly. It seems that it tries to load all of its resources remotely instead of bundling images and such with the app. I clicked on the link to sign up and it took about 2 minutes of a spinning wheel before an image with my name popped up in the header and I was finally able to access the form fields. Once I got signed up, I tried to search for stores and gave up because the app wouldnt even navigate to that screen. Awful user experience. Please fix and address some of the other issues customers have reported like inability to customize orders and Apple Pay support. No excuse to not have that, especially when you support Apple Pay in stores!
