3rd version update & STILL IS BROKEN

This is the their second update since redoing the original app several weeks back. 3rd version of this new app and its STILL not working. Hitting the reset link as instructed does nothing but present a blank screen and endlessly spinning downloading icon. Dont bother contacting customer service - they dont acknowledge you. (Ive tried 4 times now.)

I sure hope they got their money back from the people they hired to develop this completely useless app. The old version was excellent. Why did they feel inclined to mess with it? Dont waste your time.
